The GFS Group is a Guam – based, locally owned and operated HUBZone Certified and Woman Owned Small Business.  Our management has over 80 years combined experience in contract food services and facilities management, commercial restaurants and project planning.  GFS has been engaged with the Department of Defense to provide food and facilities support services on a variety of contracts over the past 15 years.   Recognizing true talent has enabled us to assemble the best and most capable individuals for every project we undertake.  As an equal opportunity employer, we work hard to bring out the best in our employees at every level.

Our contracts have ranged from operations and maintenance of the US Marine Corp Mess Hall Services, Navy Housing Program, Moral, Welfare and Recreation Services, DoDEA School Lunch Programs, Navy Mess Hall Galleys, and Total Maintenance Services as well as a variety of sole sourced contracts with the Navy, the Air Force and our Government of Guam clients.

What We Do

From galley and patient meals to school lunch programs, our  team supplies contract food services for military service members & authorized patrons, public & military students, as well as Navy and private hospital patients.


Our facilities maintenance services team includes sustainment, restoration, and modernization specialist.  We maintain a full sheet of specifically repair vehicles and a  10,000 square foot warehouse of maintenance equipment and supplies. 


We own and operate a variety of commercial restaurants including Popeye’s, Del Taco, and Domino as well as family style dining experiences such as Ruby Tuesday, King’s and Chuck E. Cheese’s.
