PAST PROJECTS
Annex 9 - Bachelor and Transient Housing Operations: Sub-Contract with Raytheon Technical Services Guam (Completed 9/05) – This sub-contract encompassed managing and operating Bachelor and Transient Housing including 24/7 front desk operations, housekeeping, janitorial and facilities management as well as support services for surge and contingencies such as typhoons and visiting ships.
Annex 10 - Naval Hospital Galley Services: Sub-Contract with Raytheon Technical Services Guam (Completed 9/05) – Project scope was to provide breakfast, lunch, dinner & midnight meals seven days a week including holidays as well as in-patient therapeutic meals.
Annex 12 - MWR Category C Venues: Sub-Contract with Raytheon Technical Services Guam (Completed 9/04) – Project scope included managing and operating (6) Restaurants, (4) Clubs, the Admiral Nimitz 18 hole Golf Course and Pro Shop, MWR Bingo, Sumay Cove Marina, the Big Screen Theater, and a Bowling Alley. The scope also included providing support services for surge and contingencies as well as ensuring that all facilities were properly maintained.
Guam Industry Forum: Contract with NAVFACMAR & Joint Guam Program Office (JGPO): (Completed 9/07) – Project scope included planning, organizing, coordinating and executing the first in a series of industry forums related to the relocation of the III Marine Expeditionary Force, a $10 – $15 billion military expansion plan for Guam.
Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools: Prime Contract with DoDEA (On-Going) – Project scope is to provide USDA approved Hot Lunches and Ala Carte options to approximately 2,500 Elementary, Middle and High School students.
Navy Housing Program: Prime contract with NAVFACMAR (Completed) – Project scope is to provide Operations and Maintenance of the Family Housing and Bachelor and Transient Housing Programs for COMNAVMAR. This includes family housing assignment and termination, civilian rental programs, repair and maintenance, radon mitigation and pest control for 1,510 on-base homes and over 1,200 off-base rental units. This also includes bachelor and transient housing front desk services, janitorial and housekeeping services, and facility maintenance for over 37 buildings.
Category A & B – MWR: Prime Contract with Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) (Completed) – Project scope is to provide management and operations services for Child Youth and Teen Programs, Gymnasiums, Pools and Beaches, Outdoor Recreation Activities, Auto Hobby Shop, and Libraries.
Guam Industry Forum II: Contract with NAVFACMAR & Joint Guam Program Office (JGPO): (Completed) – Project scope includes planning, organizing, coordinating and executing the second in a series of industry forums related to the relocation of the III Marine Expeditionary Force. This forum includes an additional scope of work for a industry trade show .
Materials Supply: Contract with 36 CONS, Andersen Air Force Base (Completed) – Project scope includes supplying various structural building materials in support of the Red Horse Squadron’s project to erect multiple facilities to accommodate the forward deployed commando warriors.
DOE A/C maintenance contract (Completed) – Repairing and maintaining over 3,000 units.
Navy Base San Diego Galley Support Services (Completed): Provided Mess Hall Attendant services to six California Naval locations to include Coronado, Point Loma and San Diego Naval Station.
DODEA Guam Total Maintenance (Completed): Provided total facility support for building maintenance requirements. Andersen Elementary & Middle School, McCool Elementary & Middle School and Guam High.
CURRENT PROJECTS
US Marine Corps (USMC) Regional Garrison Food Services Contract: Provides mess hall services throughout Continental US (CONUS) and services approximately 28 million meals per year for both east and west coast regions. GFS Group was recently awarded as subcontractor to 18 feeding facilities.
Department of Defense Domestic Elementary & Secondary Schools: Prime contract with Navy Exchange Command (NEXCOM) to provide USDA approved hot lunches and ala cart options to approximately 2,500 elementary, middle and high school students.
Naval Hospital Galley Services: Provides nutritious regular and therapeutic meals to patients, hospital staff and eligible personnel.
Guam Regional Medical City Dietary Services: Management and operations of all food services for the 130 bed private service, along with Café City and Boka City cafeteria services.
Guam Education Facilities Foundation (GEFF): to provide grounds, custodial and preventive maintenance to the northern schools – Okkodu High School and Adacao , Liguan, Astumbo Elementary Schools.
Navy Exchange - License Agreement for NEX Food Court at Navy Base Guam: License agreement to manage and operate three franchises: Del Taco, Popeye’s and Domino’s Pizza.
